Fishing Update

Fishing is winding up for the 2026 season! We will begin guided trips starting mid or late April.

 

Summer and Early Fall 2025

The weather is warm, bluegill and bass are biting!

 

Baits like worms, bread, marabou jigs, and small plastics are seeing success.  Remember, sharp hooks and quick releases keep the fish healthy. 

 

Bass are more elusive, biting natural presentations like creature baits and senkos on Texas rigs. Regular spots like the boathouse and the bridge are holding fish in summer patterns. They have been pretty finicky and tough to catch lately, but a persistent angler could land a couple nice ones in a few hours.
